We make our fresh fruit bouquets using the freshest fruit available. Many of the bouquets take several hours to craft. If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us 48 hours or more before the delivery date for a full refund. If a cancellation is received between 24-48 hours of the delivery date we can grant a 100% store credit, but no refund. If a cancellation is received between 12-24 hours of the delivery date we can grant a 50% store credit. If a cancellation is received after noon the day before delivery, no credit or refund will be issued.
